Fortunately, it is technically impossible for DSBL to shoot your
messages en route. DSBL does not control your wires and servers;
instead, it publishes true and relevant information about poor security
state of your ISP, Proxad. And some recipients (including your business
partner) have choosen not to receive e-mail from known compromised systems.

Please address your claim to Proxad security officers and quality
control dept. They are able to and must do all the rest: investigate the
initial security incident, delist their servers from blacklists, and,
finally, investigate the strange 1-month inactivity of the mentioned
security team.
