Hi, my friend has lost his Internet accesss due to a listing at DSBL.ORG. We tried to unblock it due to the procedure of the webpages, but until now - nothing changed. My friend is still unable to access via his IP-address 80.164.125.89... Can you please inform me, how to proceed unblocking this IP ? The blocked came after sending newsletters to 680 destantion - which was also intended and accepted by the receiptians. What is the limit - to prevent another locking in future - or better - how to set the limit to ex. 1000 ? Please direct answars to the email in cc. - He can receive mails - but not send any.
