Hello,
Your server is rejecting the DSBL removal confirmation message.  I do 
not know what "input error" means to your server, but I suspect it may 
be the null envelope sender (MAIL FROM: <>).  There is a FAQ page about 
this-- http://dsbl.org/faq-listed#doesntwork
Your server must not reject such mail..

As the server administrator, you know best what is happening.  Please 
fix the configuration of your server to comply with Internet standards.
