Unfortunately, it was not done yet. See 
http://dsbl.org/listing?217.34.225.42 : when someone will really vizit 
the URL in the test message, the "Status" will be instantly changed from 
"Listed" to "Avaiting removal".

A practical advice: it could be better if BT people forward the test 
message in question to you instead of making promises. And you will do 
the rest yourself.
