Good Morning, I work for Charter Communications and one of our commercial customers is being listed by your site. I attempted to follow the delisting procedure however the only e-mail options are not active mail domains. It appears that 24.158.18.43 has the correct information however you site only lists the [email protected] & [email protected]. Charter does not have active mail accounts on the charter.com domain this is only used for rDNS identification. All accounts are hosted on the charter.net domain. I understand that your web site asks that we do not contact you about these issues however this is little that we can do on this issue. Can you please update the contact e-mails if at all possible? Charter also has active e-mail accounts on the following domains: charter.net charterinternet.com chartercom.com Charter does not have any active e-mail accounts on charter.com.
