The people at the ISP say they answered the confirmation message, but we have no way to know if this is true. I have confirmed that they changed the PTR record, of course, Since the de-listing has not happened 24 hours after the ISP said the message was sent, I assume they did not send the reply, but I cannot be sure. I am stuck with this ISP since the failure to change a PTR record promptly and the failure to reply a message are not grounds for termination of the contract, so I guess I will have to find a solution that implies no help whatsoever from the ISP or DSBL.ORG. Of course, I will not ask for any exception to the rules DSBL.ORG imposes on everyone, but it saddens me that instead of using my time to help fight spam and other security threats, I have to use it to learn how to work around the anti-spammers. (By the way, all other anti-spammers were helpful and made it possible for me to solve my mistake, then de-listed me painlessly). Andres Villarreal.
