Hello Ezra,
"helpdesk" is not an Internet-standard role account.  Delisting requires 
the existence of either abuse@ or postmaster@, as described by relevant 
Internet standards.  See http://dsbl.org/rfcinfo for details.

You also do not appear to be running your own mail server, so the 
delisting for this address is probably better handled by Verizon 
support.  As it stands now, Verizon publishes misleading reverse DNS--

$ host 141.155.254.147
147.254.155.141.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer 
client-141-155-254-147.bellatlantic.net.

$ host client-141-155-254-147.bellatlantic.net.
Host client-141-155-254-147.bellatlantic.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

So, Verizon must handle delisting, both by business arrangement and by 
network reality.
