OK Jim this has been taken into consideration and no further mass mailing
will be done. We just want the customer to continue receive his normal mail.

hi Pravin and Inge:

I should also mention that even now that I've limited dehoon.be to have only
email redirects, which will send mail to mailbox accounts on some other
server such as your own, so that you cannot send unsolicited email from our
mailserver again, I could also discontinue the email redirect and web site
hosting for dehoon.be without notice if dehoon.be continues to send
unsolicited email messages or "spamvertisement" email messages.
"spamvertisements" are when some other mailserver is used to send the
unsolicited email messages, but http://dehoon.be is advertised within the
message. And according to our Acceptable Use Policy, I can terminate
services for dehoon.be without any advance notice.

Therefore, if you plan to continue to host dehoon.be with our company, there
must not be any further complaints of unsolicited email regarding dehoon.be
. The solutions would be A. host dehoon.be with a different web host, or B.
discontinue unsolicited emailings regarding dehoon.be .

I chose not to terminate dehoon.be at the time of my first warning to you,
since Inge has been a hosting customer of ours for nine years and there have
not been any spam complaints until now. So I consider this to be an
education and the only warning to your company regarding unsolicited email.

As I think I advised you before, email is not a good way to do marketing,
even if the seller of the email list claims that the list is "opt-in."
Because that seller might not be telling the truth. The only way to verify
if a list is truly "opt-in" is if you have collected the email addresses
into your own database from visitors to your own web site who have purposely
subscribed to your emailing list.

Thank you,

Jim
