Please note that DSBL is not affiliated with CIA/FBI/KGB/Gestapo/etc and
it is unable to intercept and censor your mail en route. All filtering
is done by the recipients, in accordance with their own security and
"Signal/Noise control" policy - and yes, many recipients take in account
the advisory database provided by DSBL.

"Your"? The mentioned filter is controlled by
