On http://dsbl.org/listing?63.161.138.101 I see that Alexey raised some 
issues that you did not address. Did you disinfect the machine at 
63.161.138.101 ?

Anyway, I see that you successfully went through the procedure so 
63.161.138.101 will be removed in about a days time from now (provided, 
of course, that the vulnerability really is gone).
