I believe my isp did reply to the link.
They have just sent me a copy of the email so they did recieve it.
When i look at the reports (http://dsbl.org/listing?81.27.96.92 ) it appears that I am in a queue.
Have I completed everything correctly? Is there anythinh else that needs doing?

Possibly, it is because your provider did not read the mentioned
message. It does not ask for reply, it asks to visit an unique "magic"
HTTP URL provided in the message body.

This URL is still valid until Friday. If your ISP forward the message in
question to you, you will be able to do the rest yourself.
