It means that your ISP mailserver have accepted the test message and 
have queued it for local delivery. Was this message actually delivered 
to a human? DSBL still does not know it.

Just use the URL in the message, if your ISP have sent a copy to you. Or 
copy this copy to <[email protected]>; it happens that mailreader programs 
mangle URL's, and we know how to repair them manually.
