It means that the URL un the message is damaged (by mail program? By a 
"spam filter"?) and does not point to right one-time credentials (a.k.a. 
"cookie").

It may be enough for you to copy the message in question to 
<[email protected]>. Even if the URL in it is damaged, we know few simple 
hints how to restore it. Thus, you may try to edit it yourself; 
unsuccessful attempts cannot break anything.
