DSBL removal is self-service. All that is required for removal is
a working postmaster or abuse mailbox that corresponds with the name
of your IP as returned by reverse DNS.
You therefore have three options:

1) Try and persuade unicon-gmbh to implement the mandatory role
   postmaster and abuse accounts.

2) Change reverse DNS for 194.25.236.82 to something.big-hgw.de, then
   [email protected] and [email protected] will appear as options in
   the removal menu

3) Configure your server to accept mail for postmsater/abuse at its
   current name c82.unicon-gmbh.de, see http://dsbl.org/faq-listed#notmine
