Respectively, you cannot and should not solve this problem. Yahoo staff
members must do it for you, and (I believe) you pay them regularily for
their work.

I believe, you have the contract with Yahoo. In contradiction with this
contract, your e-mail does not work for unknown technical reason, and
the only definite thing is that this reason IS NOT your own computer.
Nothing at http://dsbl.org/listing?206.190.52.173 points to your own
computer system, personal or corporate.

Here I stop because I don't know your national business practice and I
don't know what can you do if one of consignees violates the contract.
