Greetings! I am writing on behalf of the Matrix Agritech, the owner of the listed IP address. You claimed that mail.matrix-cis.ru doesn't has an A-record and host became blacklisted for that. This is not true: if you'll try to access site with address mail.matrix-cis.ru/exchange, you'll see an login prompt, try test:test for login/password. This site is an front-end for Exchange 2003 server, used by this company. The message saying: "No removal addresses available. Please configure reverse DNS for this host to be able to remove it."
