When I try to remove my IP from your system, it tells me it can't with
the following message.

 

Confirmation email refused. Please fix your server to accept removal
request mail. DO NOT email us asking us to email to another address or
to help you fix your server; we will not do either.

Result: 

Message Report:

    Sorry, I couldn't find a mail exchanger or IP address. (#5.4.4)

 

 

I have tested receiving email from hotmail to
[email protected] and it works OK. My
domain does have an MX record.
