Hi,

The system say so because your DNS say so.
Currently 200.57.73.164 is known as host073164.coparmex.com.mx
 $ host 200.57.73.164
 164.73.57.200.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer host073164.coparmex.com.mx.

Change it to {whatever}.coparmex.org.mx and the removal system will offer
the removal addresses accordingly.
