Please look at http://dsbl.org/listing?86.31.226.85 "Messages from this
host". Three days ago a machine at this address was controlled by a
trojan program turning it into "open proxy". So, I understand very well
why the web-log admins do not want HTTP postings from an IP-addresses
belonging to known trojanned computers: they have no reasons to think
that this posting belong to the legitimate owner of the computer.

A better option is to investigate this "trojan proxy" incident as soon
as possible. After that you will be able to ask your ISP to delist
86.31.226.85 from DSBL.
