Good afternoon,

 

I understand all the requirements and prerequisites to receive a removal
request. I had a problem receiving email to my abuse & postmaster
accounts (unfortunately) didn't know that until after I submitted the
request. I waited the 7 days. I used that time to diligently fix my
spam/relay issues. I fixed some obscure % hacks, and reduced our spam
intake by 90%, partly due to actually using the dsbl.org blacklisting
provision in our GFI software.

 

After all of this and spending the day rebuilding my postmaster and
abuse accounts and verifying from several different outside email
sources that I would receive and be able to retrieve a removal
confirmation when the 7 days expired. I have not received the email.
Does this request take time or is it pretty much immediate?

 

Please help me get removed from your list. Your service while providing
a necessary means to combat spam and it's distribution, is hampering our
ability to communicate with our clients.
