No, DSBL system has no evidences that someone have visited the "magic"
URL containing in the test message. The test message to
<[email protected]> should not be answered; instead, it should be read,
understood and the "magic" URL in it should be visited.

If you have the message in question, please forward it to
<[email protected]>; it is the only way for semi-manual delisting if the
automated procedure fails for some reason.
