That is correct. Your IP is not now, and has never been, listed.

The server that is giving you the error message is misconfigured. 
Someone probably mistyped the domain name "list.dsbl.org" in the 
blocklist configuration on that server.

There is nothing DSBL can do to rectify that problem, sorry.
