There can be a bit of lag time as DNS data propagates. Also, DNS servers 
at your correspondents site can hang on to cached data for a short 
while.

You are running an open relay; at least, I was able to reproduce the 
results as shown on http://dsbl.org/listing?70.151.75.131 just now. I'm 
not sure what server you're running but I first heard of this particular 
bug years ago, so you may wish to contact your vendor for a fix.

Nope, that seems unrelated.

I would recommend actually fixing the security vulnerability before 
requesting removal again. Your vendor can probably assist you there.
