I Jason Shaw am the administrator for Interactive Enterprise :
www.iel.ie we also have the website www.interactive-enterprise.com due
to the removal of a trial programme out rules to prevent Spam relaying
were removed and this was not noticed until we had an indicationd from
you or other websites. You may have noted that we have not relayed Spam
since last week. Our current issue is that entry into your database is
blocking us from some of our clients and we can not get NTL to change
the appropriate A record to allow mail to go to the true admin account
[email protected] ; Below is the header of a mail sent to myself.
 
Please can you advise can anything be done : I notified NTL on Thursday
and they have not amended the record
