NTL have actioned the request: see below the correct domain www.iel.ie /
mail.iel.ie / [email protected] - The entry on the website still has the
unused domain can this be refreshed so that I may unblock our IP address

Preparation:
The  reverse DNS entry for an IP is found by reversing the IP, adding it
to "in-addr.arpa", and looking up the PTR record.
So, the reverse DNS entry for 80.6.224.83 is found by looking up the PTR
record for
 83.224.6.80.in-addr.arpa.
All DNS requests start by asking the root servers, and they let us know

How I am searching:
Asking e.root-servers.net for 83.224.6.80.in-addr.arpa PTR record:  
       e.root-servers.net says to go to sec1.apnic.net. (zone:
80.in-addr.arpa.)
Asking sec1.apnic.net. for 83.224.6.80.in-addr.arpa PTR record:  
       sec1.apnic.net [202.12.29.59] says to go to dns2.ntli.net. (zone:
6.80.in-addr.arpa.)
Asking dns2.ntli.net. for 83.224.6.80.in-addr.arpa PTR record:  Reports
mail.iel.ie. [from 194.168.4.237]

Answer:
80.6.224.83 PTR record: mail.iel.ie. [TTL 86400s] [A=80.6.224.83]

Unfortunately (or fortunately?), noone in DSBL has access to your
mailserver logs and settings. And we just do not know if you have
stopped to relay spam or not.

DSBL completely trusts your words about it, but you still have to prove
that your words are authoritative. Means, that you are the Postmaster.

I'm afraid, you can do nothing while NTL publishes explicitly false data
in reverse DNS:
