Unfortunately, it is an IP that had a security vulnerability that 
allowed spam (I trust you did find and fix the problem). One of the 
requirements for being removed from DSBL is to have reverse DNS. You can 
ask your ISP to set this up for you (an appropriate PTR name would be 
"mail.installasjon.as").

Anonymous hosts cannot be removed from DSBL, sorry.
