You failed the accountability test.

On 2006/Dec/15 09:28:52 UTC your server accepted the removal confirmation
message sent to [email protected] _Your_ server replyed "250 ok:  Message
291407528 accepted" You should locate it in your logs and find what happened on
your side.

If it was destroyed/discarded, then you've a bigger problem. Please read

removal again after 2006/Dec/22 09:28:52 UTC
