Dear All, Is it possible to send the delisting email to another address ([email protected]). The people of our National communication/ telephone / internet provider "Belgacom / Skynet" are not able to do a simple procedure to delist my ip address. I already called them several times , tried to explain them what to do ...... I don't know anything else what I have to do to unlist me. Please inform what kind of procedure I have to follow without involving the "IT guys" from Belgacom/skynet. No, DSBL system has no evidences that someone have visited the "magic" URL containing in the test message. The test message to <[email protected]> should not be answered; instead, it should be read, understood and the "magic" URL in it should be visited. If you have the message in question, please forward it to <[email protected]>; it is the only way for semi-manual delisting if the automated procedure fails for some reason.
