I repeat that the message contains plain English instruction related to
DSBL. And I assume that you follow basic e-mail standards and look
through all mail for your Postmaster and Abuse addresses. So, it will be
easy for you to recognize this message on your screen - same as you
recognize messages from me and answer me now.

You needn't "respond" this mail. You have to read it and use HTTP URL in
it. However, this detail is not very important.
