Hi,

Blacklists like DSBL rely on DNS. Mirrors are synced every minute (see
http://dsbl.org/nsstatus) but any DNS (your recipient's for e.g.) may have an
old record cached till it's expired. So you may experience rejections for a few
minutes (maybe up to an hour) after the removal. If your messages are still
beeing rejected after a few hours you should contact your recipient to ensure
they are not using an old version of the blacklist locally.
