Not suspected but proved. Please look at
http://dsbl.org/listing?62.230.1.67 : "Messages from this host" section
contains links to dozens of test messages relayed from Holland and
Russia to US few minutes ago.

Please look into these examples, find the corresponding events in your
today's mail logs and determine what is the configuration mistake in
your server.
