Seems to be so.

[62.230.1.67] machine.

Please:

1. Repeat the attempt. Just now. There is no any timer if the test
message has not been accepted by the remote. And it hasn't.

2. If the failure will be repeated, please address this problem to the
people controlling your mail exchanger [80.237.159.28] aka
"deframx14.softcom.dk". I believe, it is your ISP.
