Hello Raj. 28.12.2006 16:36, Administrator пишет: > Hi Alexey, > > Thanks so much for your reply. > > I got in touch with NTL and I think its useless Yes, this problem is known already to the Internet community. http://www.rfc-ignorant.org/tools/lookup.php?domain=ntl.com By the way, this record may be an additional reason of your mail delivery problems while your reverse DNS points to NTL instead of your own corporate domain. So, I strongly advice you to obtain a proper reverse DNS record from NTL despite of their resistance. BTW2: hosts with "generic" reverse DNS names without "static" word in it tend to be interpreted as "dialup" now, http://www.de.sorbs.net/faq/dul.shtml. My home mailserver has been hit by SORBS last summer despite the IP-address itself was perfectly static since 2001. The solution was to waive some part of privacy :-) and order individual rDNS. > so can you advise on > any other steps that might sort this out. Just read manuals, contact Microsoft helpdesk if necessary, and configure your mailserver for <[email protected]>. In case of success you will be able to repeat the delisting procedure on Jan 04. There is no other, faster way. Sorry.
