Have you tried to call them? All contacts should be in your service

It is one of the options. To use this option, you have:

1. Configure your mailserver to accept mail for
<[email protected]> and deliver it to your
mailbox without any content ("spam") filtering. Naturally, any active
content (programs, scripts, etc) may and should be filtered; DSBL
messages are plaintext and contain no attachments or scripts.

2. Wait 5 days until the previous test message will expire.
