We do not have an INFO or ADMIN account on our network. So excuse my
tone, I am not attempting to harass your volunteers, I'm trying to
conduct business.

What you imply your are seeing, does not make sense or match our system.

Thank you

The bluster in your last two messages is a little excessive; please
don't harass the [email protected] volunteers who are trying to help you.

http://dsbl.org/message?37591517 clearly shows a message routed through
216.37.20.20 using an insecure password on the "info" account.

http://dsbl.org/message?37493489 shows the same, but with the "admin"
account.

It appears that you have rather serious password strength issues,
possibly (likely?) leading to compromise much more severe than mail
relaying. I suggest you clean your own house before making a fool of
yourself on a public, archived, Google-indexed mailing list.
