DNSBL mirror inquiry

Hi all, we are interested in providing public DNSBL mirrors in Taiwan. I 
have several questions:

1. According to your page, DSBL provides these files for rsync retrival.
 	rbldns-list.dsbl.org
 	rbldns-multihop.dsbl.org
 	rbldns-unconfirmed.dsbl.org
 	rbldns-fresh-list.dsbl.org
 	rbldns-fresh-multihop.dsbl.org
 	rbldns-fresh-unconfirmed.dsbl.org
 	awaiting_removal
 	fulldata
    However there are no detailed information about these data. What files
    should we rsync to maintain a DSBL mirror?
2. After preparation, whom should we contact for the configuration of the
    NS listing?

Since there are few DNSBL servers located in Asia region, we must query 
the DNSBL with international links, and the response time is much longer. 
We hope this offer will help other people (and us) fight against spam 
easier.
