Testing Servers?

In DSBL's FAQ list, at http://dsbl.org/faq-listed, the
following can be found:

No. Testing servers has proved to be controversial so
all DSBL does is listen for incoming messages; if a
server sends us a specially formatted test message, it
will get mentioned on the list.

I would submit that a trusted test automatically
generated from a website hit to a domain owned by the
same person as dsbl.org could also be considered
controversial.  Visiting one of Ian's websites
generates an automated trusted test of the visiting IP
address.

In addition, I noticed that even though admin (at)
dsbl.org is listed on the domain record, sending an
email to that address does not get to a human, unless
you include an IP address you are writing about.  I
was not writing about a particular address, so I got
bounced.
