Help me

Dear All members, 

Please kindly help to me, Because, Our system ip address is included list of 
dsbl.org. I could not remove these address frmo list. such as 202.131.226.3, 
202.131.226.9. Please urgently remove of the list. These address is IP of  
our router and firewall.
