You need the mail_from column, not rcpt_to in order to whitelist a domain.  You would use rcpt_to to whitelist a specific recipient.

It appears I have successfully have it running.  Have stopped it right now 
till I can get this issue resolved.

Using the samples in mysql.sql to add domains to whitelist I used this 
line.

INSERT INTO relaytofrom (rcpt_to, record_expires, create_time) VALUES 
('gdc4s.com', '9999-12-31 23:59:59', NOW());

I was monitoring the logs when an email arrived from this domain.  It sent 
reject=451 4.7.1 Please try again later (TEMPFAIL).  Fortunately I had 
delay_mail_secs set to -1 and it retried one minute latter and passed.

Do I have the usage of adding a domain correct?
