I've rolled back a greylisting setup with Postfix (and postgrey as  
the greylisting service) due to some mail that got lost. On several  
occassions we had complaints from users that mail didn't get through  
without any feedback to the sender of the mail, all of those turned  
out to be MTAs that didn't behave in an RFC compliant way.

I'm actually contemplating to restore greylisting because it is a  
very effective way to block spam. I won't do that until I've either  
found a greylisting solution for Postfix with better reporting, or  
until I've written a reporting tool for postgrey. Not having  
reporting tools makes it very hard to find and diagnose problems with  
greylisting.
