Greylist for Exchange 2003

Hi,

I couldn't find any free / GPL Greylist filters for Exchange so I wrote my own. Feel free to use it.

I've tested it for three weeks on two Exchange 2003 sp2 servers and I must say it's working just fine. At the time of writing this it had blocked 74890 items (96% block) on the main server.
