Hi,

Seems to exist....I have tried re-starting and the file dates become up
to date.

I did a ps aux |grep relay and there seemed to be processes still
sitting in memory so I stopped everything...I had to kill -9 as they
refused to stop.

Steven, are you sure your relaydelay process is working and that
/var/run/relaydelay.sock exists?
I would try to restart relaydelay either way as a first line of
troubleshooting
