Both work fine. I prefer the copy/paste method because it is easier to
view in our ticketing system, but whichever is easier for the sender is
fine as long as the full headers and body are there somewhere. 

Or if you'd prefer to zip up a bunch of them and send as an attachment
that works too, it just throws our counts off a little.
