Signs of life

I applaud your efforts, and wish Habeas the best of luck. However, there 
is a growing chorus of non-believers, particularly on the SpamAssassin 
mailing list, who are calling into question the viability of Habeas' 
approach (technical and legal). Are there any compelling "signs of life" 
that you can suggest that can provide a compelling argument to NOT begin 
scoring habeas headers as spam. It's been a spirited discussion, but 
lack of "official" answers are only adding to the confusion.
