Re: libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.3.4) is needed by hashcash-1.09-1

I tried building hashcash-1.10 rpm with redhat9. Still works with
fedora-core2.

According to "rpm -qa hashcash -R" it depends on:

libc.so.6
libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.0)
libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.1)
libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.3)
rpmlib(CompressedFileNames) <= 3.0.4-1
rpmlib(PayloadFilesHavePrefix) <= 4.0-1

I am not sure why it depends on 3 separate versions of GLIBC with a
gap in the middle 2.0,2.1,2.3 (but not 2.2). Anyway it might work
better on pre-fedora-core2 releases. (Maybe they are "OR"s -- it can
work with any of those versions?)
