Re: patch for mozilla thunderbird requested

I was just doing some coding on minor changes for hashcash-1.23 so I added a
-DCOMPACT options to remove extra cores and with that I get a stripped
example program (example.c) at 55kB.  I imagine it should be smaller still
as thunderbird itself will contain various things - presumably a replacement
from sdb, a SHA1 implementation etc.  Not even close to 16MB - where do
people pull these numbers from?

it just includes a latest mingw compile patch someone sent me and minor
