If you go to "http://www.sapros.com/smrazor"
you can see that SMRAZOR  behaviour , before 0.2.1 version,  is been changed; now 
it adds header tag while few versions ago it rejected spam. I suppose that C code 
exists always !

        * Changed the default behavior to not reject spam. It just adds the X-
SMRazor: SPAM header.
        * Fixed a bug reported by Sven, where it would crash anytime there was no
