Effect of nomination

Hello all,

is there some way to check the effect of a nomination? Re-querying returns 
the same status ("not spam") for me, and I've never seen a message change 
its status. I'm aware that this cannot be expected to always happen 
immediately, but I'm wondering if my nominations get through at all.
