I know that a few people have managed to get Razor2 to run on Windows under Cygwin. 

My company, Cloudmark, makes various products for Windows that are based on Razor2 network and technology.  These might work for you: www.cloudmark.com.

Why don't you put one linux box in front of them as a gateway and let it
handle on the junk?
