razor-check process has long life !!

I'm using smrazor 0.2.1 with sendmail 8.13.6 (razor-agents 2.81 , razor-agents-sdk-
2.07).
My mail server usually receives 12000 email messages for day and I analyzed razor-
check processes which are opened from smrazor.
I often can see some of razor-check processes don't finish but they are executed 
for much time (I never saw dying them ) while others (80%) have short life. 
This is a log about one of these razor-checks:

What happened ?
